Here's a quick and easy cookie recipe that's a tasty crowd pleaser for both every day and special occasions.

Ingredients

1 Everiday Gluten Free Pizza Base

3 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce

Handful of cherry tomatoes

70 to 80g cheese (gruyère, cheddar, comté, mozzarella) or to taste

Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
