Whether you're a fan of the classic Margherita or part of the no-holds-barred camp, our universal love for pizza is undeniable.

Ingredients

1 Everiday Gluten Free Pizza Base

3 to 4 tbsp tomato sauce

Handful of cherry tomatoes

70 to 80g cheese (gruyère, cheddar, comté, mozzarella) or to taste

2 to 3 tsp pesto

1 to 2 tsp of Everiday Garlic Chili Oil

A sprikle of fresh herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)

Preheat the oven to 200C. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

Take one Everiday Gluten Free Pizza Base per person. Cover it with a good dose of tomato sauce.

Followed by a generous sprinkle of cheese. Gruyère, cheddar, comté, mozzarella, feel free to mix and match.
