If you love Everiday's Organic Dark Hazelnut Spread, you are going to LOVE these cookies. Dark, decadent, moist, and full of chocolate & hazelnut goodness. This one is perfect for the chocolate lovers out there!

Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut sugar

1/3 cup lightly packed cocoa powder

2 tbsp almond or walnut flour

1/8 tsp fine sea salt

1/2 tsp baking soda

1 jar of Everiday Organic Dark Hazelnut Spread

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1 large egg

1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chunks (dairy free as required)

flaked sea salt

Blend all ingredients except the Everiday Organic Dark Hazelnut Spread & Chocolate Sea Salt Granola.

In a tall glass, drizzle in 1/2 to 1 tbsp of the Organic Dark Hazelnut Spread Use another 1/2 to 1 tbsp to drizzle along the inside rim of the glass.

Pour in your smoothie, and top with 1 tbsp of the Chocolate Sea Salt Granola and enjoy.

Add the Everiday Organic Dark Hazelnut Spread, vanilla extract, egg and mix to combine until you have a sticky thick paste.

Add in the chocolate chips/chunks and stir through.

Using a spoon, scoop out your dough and shape into soft balls/mounds on the baking trays. Make sure there is plenty of space between each to allow for spreading in the oven. You can make either 6 large ones or 12 smaller cookies. Do not flatten the dough on the baking sheet!

Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
