For a smoothie that won't leave you hungry, bloated, and with a blood sugar spike, you have to build it right! Fiber, Protein, Good Fats, and a topping are the key to success!

Ingredients

Liquid - 1 cup liquid of choice (nut milk, water, coconut water, etc.)

Handful of ice

1 tbsp almond butter

1 tbsp chia seeds, or ground flax seeds

1/2 cup strawberries

1/2 a small banana or 1/3 large

Vegetable - 2 cups spinach or kale

1 tbsp raw cacao powder

1 serving vanilla protein or unflavored protein powder (I love Nuzest).

Topping - 1 tbsp Everiday Chocolate Sea Salt Granola

Instructions

1

DONE!

Blend together all the Recipe ingredients details except the toppings.

2

DONE!

Pour in your favorite glass or mason jar and sprinkle with toppings. Or make it a smoothie bowl by doubling the fiber for a thicker consistency and pour it into a bowl instead! Enjoy!
